Pattern includes line by line written instruction and full charts.

This stole was designed for my little sister and model, Annalee, to wear to our cousin’s wedding on Memorial Day weekend 2013.

Knitting begins with a provisional cast on. One half of the stole is worked from the center out to the bind off edge. For the second side stitches from the provisional cast on are picked up and worked outward to to complete the pattern. (Provisional cast on, work side one, bind off, pick up live stitches, work side two, bind off.)

The yarn used to design the Miss Annie pattern is a fingering weight blend of 70% Bluefaced Leicester / 20% Silk / 10% Cashmere. It was available here for a limited time only (until September 1, 2013).
A semi solid/solid colorway is recommended for this pattern.

Miss Annie is adorned with 160 size 6 seed beads in a contrasting color (I used silver). While they are not 100% critical to the design having them does make a statement and is recommended. In the main photo you can see some of the diamond shapes formed with the beads at the edge of the stole. Beads are added as you go (not pre-strung) using either a small crochet hook, or preferred beading method.
